Welcome to Clever Calicco! By working with us, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully so we’re all on the same page — in plain English.

1. Services Offered

Clever Calicco provides digital marketing support including (but not limited to):

• Branding and design
• Website strategy and development
• Marketing consultations and strategy sessions
• Email marketing, social media, and ongoing marketing support

All services are scoped and priced individually or as part of pre-set packages.

2. Breakthrough Sessions

The Breakthrough Session is a paid strategy service. Payment is required upfront at the time of booking. Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

What you’ll receive:

• A 90-minute consultation via Zoom
• A personalized Breakthrough Blueprint PDF within 7 business days
• Honest, strategic advice tailored to your goals

Note: This is not an ongoing coaching relationship unless agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted via secure online processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

To get the best results, you agree to:

• Communicate clearly and promptly
• Provide requested assets and feedback in a timely manner
• Respect agreed-upon timelines and project scopes

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• You retain ownership of your original content and assets
• Clever Calicco retains the right to display non-confidential work as portfolio examples
• Templates, guides, and materials we create remain proprietary unless purchased with full usage rights

6. Results Disclaimer

We do our best to help you succeed — but no guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes such as revenue growth, traffic increases, or SEO rankings. Results may vary based on your business, effort, and external factors.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Most services are non-refundable once the work has begun. However, we’re human — if something isn’t working, let’s talk about it. We’re committed to reasonable resolutions and clear communication.

8. Respect & Conduct

We believe in mutual respect. Abusive, discriminatory, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if professional boundaries are not respected.

9. Legal Stuff

We are based in Alberta, Canada. These terms are governed by Canadian laws. By working with us, you agree to resolve any disputes in a fair and respectful manner.
