The Clever Connections Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by Clever Calicco (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to reward existing clients for referring new clients to our services.

By participating in this Program, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to:

• Current and past Clever Calicco clients
• Individuals aged 18 years or older
• Residents of Canada or other approved service regions

Employees, contractors, or partners of Clever Calicco may participate unless otherwise restricted internally.

2. Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” means:

• A new client who has never previously purchased services from Clever Calicco
• The referred individual identifies the referring client before signing a contract or purchasing services
• The referred individual purchases an eligible paid service or package
• Payment for the eligible service has been successfully received

Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

3. Referral Rewards

Eligible rewards may include:

• Service credits
• Free upgrades or add-ons
• Strategy sessions
• Digital resources
• Priority support
• Promotional offers
• Other bonuses determined by Clever Calicco

Rewards may vary by promotion, package, or campaign.

Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Reward Timing

Referral rewards are issued only after:

• The referred client has signed an agreement (if applicable)
• Payment has been received
• Any applicable cancellation or refund periods have passed

Clever Calicco reserves the right to delay or deny rewards if fraud, abuse, or payment issues are suspected.

5. Marketing Credits

If marketing credits are offered:

• Credits may only be applied toward eligible Clever Calicco services
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash
• Credits cannot be applied retroactively
• Credits may expire after a specified period communicated at issuance

Unused credits are forfeited after expiration.

6. Friend Pass & Promotional Offers

Friend Passes, audits, strategy sessions, or promotional offers:

• Are subject to availability
• May be modified or discontinued at any time
• May not be combined with other offers unless approved
• Do not guarantee acceptance as a client

Clever Calicco reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

7. Program Abuse

Participants may not:

• Spam individuals with referral links or promotions
• Misrepresent Clever Calicco services
• Create fake accounts or fraudulent referrals
• Engage in deceptive or unethical conduct

Any abuse of the Program may result in:

• Removal from the Program
• Cancellation of rewards
• Suspension or termination of client relationships if necessary

8. Taxes

Participants are responsible for any tax obligations associated with rewards received through the Program.

9. Program Changes

Clever Calicco reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms & Conditions
• Change reward structures
• Pause or terminate the Program
• Limit participation

Changes may occur without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clever Calicco is not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Lost or delayed referral submissions
• Inaccurate referral tracking
• Any indirect or consequential damages related to participation in the Program

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Participants should only refer individuals who would reasonably expect to hear from Clever Calicco.
